The winners of this award will join the 2007 Fight Of The Year winners, Reggie "The Kiss" Hope & Josh Joshua in that exclusive Fight Of The Year club. your nominees are .......................... -Undisputed Welterweight Championship- Zab "Super" Judah W KO 12 CyruS "Lights Out" ViruS - A fight billed with more trash talk and drama than any in league's history. The Fight was filled with big hits, extremely dirty fighting and one of the most exciting 12th rounds in the history of the sport with 3 knockdowns and a point deduction. In the end, Zab Judah resurrected himself with one of the biggest accomplishments of his career. -World Lightweight Championship- Miguel Cotto W KO 12 Jay-Jay Judah - A fight for boxing purists. The fight represented what the fight game was all about. Power boxing display of goodness. The faded veteran star against the young champion who came off back to back wins over the #1 Pound for Pound Fighter in the sport. The fight was a draw going into the 12th round. The final round had Jay-Jay hurt Cotto with a big shot but Cotto dug deep and pulled off one of the biggest upsets in history with a knockout victory and resurrection of his career. - Welterweight #1 Contenders Match - Trinidad W KO 5 Edson Berto - A fight for the ages.
