Anybody listen to this yet? I got it yesterday, and everybody seems to think it's a great album. Maybe it's just me, but I think it's his worst album yet. That includes the 808 and heartbreak album he put out. I thought there were some good songs, but I could have done without the 8-9 minute songs on half of them. Runaway is extended about 5 minutes, and he really didn't need to do that. He continues to do some of that singing shit in spots as well. To me, the content was just weird on some of the songs, but I guess that's supposed to be with the title of the album. Only songs I really liked were Dark Fantasy, Goregous, Power, and Blame Game. Runaway is a solid song, but I can't stand how it starts so slow and he extends it like five minutes. Kanye has really fallen off since he put out Graduation three years ago. Maybe I just need to listen to the album again, and I'll appreciate what others have said. Anybody else think this album was trash or think it's a classic?

I'll be downloading a few tracks soon but I heard one track about a porn star and kinda liked it.

Kyle, check out "Friday Night Lights" by J.Cole...best mixtape/album of the year far and away.

You liked the porn star track? I thought that was the worst song on the album lol. Different strokes for different folks though. I just think that shit is a little "out there", and really doesn't seem to be what Kanye represents. I'll have to check out that mixtape for sure, thanks for the heads up.

I think its a pretty solid album. ATG? No! But a solid album. Then again I've always been a fan of Kanye's music.

His song So Appalled features an artist that doesn't get much radio play but is pretty tight in Prynce Cy Hi

The track with Rick Ross was pretty tight too.

I'm not a fan of super hardcore rap. I honestly don't care to hear how you can rip my ass hole off and blast me away if I get caught on 142 and Lennix but I'll rocks with a lot of Northern rappers. I'm more into the mellowed out rap I guess. That shit you can pop in while riding with your lady and she doesn't turn and look at you with concern on her face. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I've been bumping this album on repeat for the last week and a half, and I honestly believe this is Kanye's best work to date. With only 13 tracks it's definitely a presentation of Quality over Quantity and the uniqueness of the track's represent the innovation and change Kanye plans to bring into the rap game. I mean, I haven't heard an album this diverse and unique since Little Brother's debut album "The Listening" (for all you true hip hop heads you'll know what I'm talking about). Kanye's transcending the rap game bringing in Bon Iver, he's done a track with La Roux he's reaching out to a demographic that is much deeper than the rap game. I do believe this is Kanye's best album and the near flawless ratings this album has been given I feel is warranted.

BG, J.Cole is the fucking man he came out to Vancouver and performed in a small venue for 1000+ fans. Me, my friends and about 200 other people waited in -10 weather for upto 3 hours just to be able to stand right infront of the stage. One of the most passionate and true hip hop crowds i've been to, everyone knew every word to every song he was spitting and he was defs feelin the crowd. Awesome rapper, awesome performer, awesome dude all around.

What was that gold blouse git up the dude was wearing at the Macy's Parade? Seemed like he was shooting for a certain demographic with that shit.

Lol. Kanye's made it cool for kids to start dressing like homosexuals in the 1980s. I blame the Illuminati/Bohemian Club (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
