I'm guessing that this will be a soft touch for Khan tonight, but who knows. Haven't seen Khan KO anybody in a while...maybe since the Malignaggi stoppage. I'm almost sure he'll try to damn hard to prove that he has a new/better trainer, and hopefully he doesn't pay for it.
Now that I think about it, it shouldn't be too hard to show off your "new skills" against a lesser opponent...so what does that prove? Not much. Hopefully Molina isn't just happy to be here for a payday, and actually tests Amir. Anything can happen... |

It's the final one. It's before and after 'No Doubt' erased all doubts. |

Arce not even a bantamweight? I'm not even paying much attention to that one. So far, Angulo vs. Silva is a pleasant surprise (Silva's in it to win it). I just remembered that I'd watched Silva on Fox Deportes, or Telefutura, a few months ago. Silva's a brave young man, had a solid first round, but the odds are absolutely against him. I'm looking forward to Deontay Wilder. 2013's going to be a big year for him, as long as he wins, which he should. This post has been edited by Cheesey1: Dec 15 2012, 10:52 PM |

Patience is the only differnce I see in Angulo so far. It's hard to teach an old dog, new tricks.

Patience is the only differnce I see in Angulo so far. It's hard to teach an old dog, new tricks. Pun intended, I assume? It also looks like he's incorporated a bit of a jab. Not the best jab by any means, but I thought it actually served its purpose very nicely in the third round. |
