Just listening to the interview he gave Chris Robinson about Broner, he sounds like he is deteriorating. I understood what he was saying but when you compare it to him speaking last year or the year before there's clear signs of slurred speech. And even in the ring I wonder how much time he has left. He is fan friendly and that's an understatement. But he just wants to brawl and that is proving detrimental to his health

I hope he gets a few big money fights. I hope he lands a PPV with pac because the way this guy fights he's going to need to hang em up early. He better rape and exploit boxing for all that it has to offer. He always sounded slurred but its definitely worse |

Btw I think broner probably boxes his ears off, not as skillfully as abril but effectively and maybe hurting rios in the process. I still think abril is a nightmare for everyone he faces |

I hope he lands a PPV with pac because the way this guy fights he's going to need to hang em up early. He better rape and exploit boxing for all that it has to offer. He always sounded slurred but its definitely worse That's the messed up part about it to me is that Robert Garcia, for all the praise he gets as a trainer, doesn't know when to say enough's enough. He let Margarito take a beating against Pacquiao and ultimately he is as much at fault as Manny was for Margarito's career being jeopardized because of that eye injury. And I think Margarito had no right to be in the ring for the rematch against Miguel, it only further added harm to Antonio Garcia just doesn't wave the white flag, well...he did when Escobedo was getting his ass kicked by Broner. Hopefully he's learned from those short comings. Rios gon end up like Meldrick Taylor, he should get a few big fights and leave the sport. I'd hate to see such a warrior end up the way he's going |

I still think abril is a nightmare for everyone he faces Broner does box circles around him IMO but he gets hit too much but I still see him winning. And that's funny you say that because I always wanted to see Rios and Ortiz go at it but at this rate I just want them both to leave the sport with their faculties intact |

Rios is a scrub. Hes a human punching bag. He should be fighting Bradley not rematching a guy hes already KOd. TR has become this weak ass promotional company that results to rematching recycled fights because they dont have anymore depth.

I still want to see an Ortiz vs Rios fight although it was better when the rival brothers were training them. I think Rios would be dumb to face Bradley at this point in his career. He has a good momentum and buzz going. Why get exposed for your lack of boxing skills so soon? lol

I don't know man. He wasn't exactly a Rhodes Scholar to begin with lol It's like tryna figure out if Richard Simmons has been more flamboyant as of late. Yeah he definitely needs to do a stint at that Derek Zoolander School for kids that can't read. I never noticed much slurring from him, but I haven't seen the video in this thread. If anything, he talks like he's about .02 seconds from drooling, and he always has that stupid smile on his face with that silly impending giggle. |
