I finally watched the Fight Game with Jim Lampley and I was a little disgusted that he insinuated Juan Manuel Marquez might had been on PEDs and Donaire has set the standard for Olympic testing. I wasn't upset that Donaire was mentioned as the poster child of PED testing, what I was upset about was the fact Mayweather's name was never mentioned. Before Floyd no one talked about strict blood testing. He started with I believe Juan Manuel for the first drug testing. People actually called him a coward for demanding strict drug testing. You would think people would had been behind better testing in boxing with the history of steroid use in the sport. It really did shock me how Donaire is getting credit for OSDT in all his fights. I know he gets tested year around and kudos to him but to not mention Floyd as the starter of blood testing is a joke and slap in the face to Floyd. All of a sudden Lampley and everyone else is now demanding harder drug testing because Manny got caught with a great counter punch. The hypocrisy in boxing is amazing. Just because the Golden Goose got laid to rest boxing is now corrupt. Maybe I am tripping but you can not give credit to a guy who followed another guys example, the media picks their heroes no matter what history says...and Columbus discovered America.

Floyd will never get the credit he deserves until he's long gone.

That doesn't mean a thing because he is still not trying to get credit for doing the things he is suppose to be doing (fighting top competition!). Great he's clean, no doubt. Now Fucking fight a top guy at your weight

Fuck Donaire!
Who cares if he's testing year round? The mofo that we wanted to take a test, just got KTFO a couple of weeks ago, and NOW everybody's crying for stricter testing?! Oh the irony. HBO and the media are a bunch of douches with a serious hero complex in regards to Manny being the savior of the sport. Who cares. All of the POS mofos are eating their words and hoping for a big comeback on Manny's part...it will NEVER happen. Donaire is just some overlooked guy who's demanding attention for a matter that has little to do with him. Isn't he still working with Conte? Professor brought this up in another thread, but doesn't Conte know how to "pass" these wack ass tests that are going around? So in this case, Donaire just needs to take a seat. Lampley and his show is a joke, and his meager words hold no weight. HBO has pretty much lost the megafight, so they can cut the boojie attitudes. Im not the smartest man in the world, and Im damn sure not the dumbest, but it seems like they're in full-blown damage control mode right now. |

Now Fucking fight a top guy at your weight If you are talking about 147 then that would be Guerrero, I would rather Kim Kardashian have my last name than watch that fight, I rather listen to a 2 Chainz record than watch that fight, I would rather see Vanilla Ice in concert to watch that fight. Now if we are talking about 154 then he has Canelo, but Canelo doesn't fight guys one weight class below him, he fights light weights and jr welter weights. K9 and Trout are no names and Floyd ain't fighting for free. Sergio is too big so who would you suggest he fight? If you say Pacquiao not only would I tell he has to wake up from his slumber but that fight is over. Donaire is getting a name and what better way for him to get a name by be the cleanest guy in the sport? Ironically Lampley did not bring up the fact that Conte was in his corner and had been advising him, but Memo is suppose to be the mysterious cloud over the whole Manny TKO? Manny got caught with a counter any skilled boxer would have not lunged into a counter puncher at a side angle with their hands down. Maybe Freddie Roach should go back and rethink his teaching technique because so far he has been taking Ls. The Filipino Flab is going to be the new poster boy for OSDT I promise. Floyd gets my respect for calling a spade a spade early in the game. Now everyone is acting more surprised than a virgin founding out that she is pregnant because the make has been lifted from The Manny Experience. An exciting brawler with few boxing skill and great match making. This post has been edited by Dolimite: Dec 23 2012, 10:46 PM |

Get the heck up out of here with that. I honestly do not know why people are so in love with this cat. |

wow for people to not give floyd the credit he deserves for testing is just pure ignorance. without him, no one would bother. Donaire just took it a step further but we are talking 2- 3 years after floyd set the standard.

Floyd didn't set shit did he now, he was so afraid of losing his 0 he made it so for his fights, maybe even his cards so he doesn't look like a bitch there had to be ODST. He didn't do it for a clean sport he did it to protect that 0
