I just rewatched Pac-Cotto (on HBO on Demand) and there's just no way that Pac could have walked through all those shots without something pumping through his system. His energy level, willingness/ability to take a shot, speed, and power in that fight were not natural. If Pac had fought like that against Barrera, Barrera would have died. Morales would have died. It sucks, but Pac is on something.

Fuck if Pac retires after this fight, this will be the BIGGEST DUCK IN THE HISTORY OF BOXING. The worst part of it is that most people won't see it that way. That's a pretty bold statement Nick. I mean in the whole history of boxing? Fuck me Jack Johnson had to chase the title to Australia before he got his shot, and that was at a time when Australia was not the easiest place to get to. LOL IF Pac retires after this fight and stays retired that is not a duck in my eyes, it simply means he has had enough of boxing. We all have seen too many times fighters continue when their hearts are no longer in it purely for the bucks and glory and it never ends well. If he were to reire and then come back say 12-24 months later then yeah that's a pretty big duck IMHO. |

No smoke without fire, Pac is on roids. Torvix will go quiet if that happens. Everyone else will be rather loud. Yeah I'm pretty sure George W used the same logic when he invaded Iraq looking for weapons of mass destruction and we all saw how that turned out. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |

Pac's running for office. He wins, and he will retire. If that would be temporary, then we don't know.

My rage boiled at the thought of that diva peacing out after creating a smokescreen of a career at WW so I probably overreacted. Maybe not in the history of boxing, but I'd still call it a duck. |

I'm pretty sure that with the advent of the great floyd gayweather that ducking has become irrelevant in boxing.

Forgive me CEO, but it has become abundantly clear that Ollie has joined Manny Duck Sue's nut gargling Tranny Army. It will end poorly for Manny Duck Sue if he makes the mistake of stepping into the ring with the victor of the PBF v Mosley Mega fight. Of course, they have never intended to make that mistake. The name evolution continues; Manny Run Duck Sue. Or should it be Manny QuackMeow? |
