"IT ALL CAME FROM HARD WORK AND DEDICATION JUST LIKE MY BOSS FLOYD MAYWEATHER SAID" THOSE WORDS FROM THE YOUNG GUY AFTER HIS VICIOUS KO... this kid has been very active...seems like the "so called" ignorant Floyd knows a thing or two???

I'm not sure nuggets of genius like pointing out that hard work and dedication will be beneficial qualities in the career of a young prizefighter qualifies him for trainer of the year

I BELIEVE HE IS THE PROMOTER---In the total picture I read where the guy HAS fought five times in the past year??? keeping a prospect that active speaks to some knowledge of the game--- aside... when your promoter is a guy known not to drink, smoke, and trains all year round--- that is bound to be a positive.. ESPECIALLY ON young talented prospects

Maybe he gave the kid some moves on how to beat your hoe and make shrewd trades in the investment market. I wish we could get Floyd to one day contribute to the 'Financial Services' thread. I bet that guy has some sick knowledge (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Quick question though Neophyte, when did Floyd get his promoter's licence? Just curious. |

ESPECIALLY ON young talented prospects i respect Mayweather's work ethic but the dude has done jack shit for Vargas yet. when he gets him a title, money, or both we can start talking about his success as a promoter. LMAO--I am not sure when he got his promoter license. I believe he has been promoting since he left James Prince... Floyd gave me some tips on how to shoulder roll and HIT MY BITCH WITHOUT LEAVING MARKS... comes in handy when the bitch steps out of line... |

My prediction. Vargas is going to make a lot of headway, maybe even a title shot for a vacant Emeritus temporary champion in waiting, and he's going to get tired of being called "Mayweather's Boy" or "Mayweather's Puppet".
He'll flip out, and when Arum gets in his ear, he'll start talking reckless and call out Floyd, leading to a street fight in the alleys of Las Vegas. Only in America. This post has been edited by Byrd Man: Apr 12 2011, 10:17 PM |

Maybe we should turn this thread into the Floyd Mayweather Rpomotion training camp. He has showed us young pups the way with "Hard work and dedication is useful in boxing".
I'm thinking about training and promoting a local young fighter. I was going to lead off with, "punch your opponent repeatedly to the head and body whilst giving some consideration to avoiding incoming punches" Anything to add Floyd? |
