Peligro vs. Prince II is on!

Allan Green is very interested in an Angus fight. In his eyes thats the fight everyone wants to see as Butkiss and Angus have already fought each other. Why is The Prince on an undercard?....AND fighting Alcarez who he beat 11 rounds to 1??...when I specifically stated he was to face EVANDER HOLYFIELD after he defeated Sky Taylor in the press releases???
