World heavyweight champion Lanky Maxy Gawn has announced he will retire from the sport. Gawn is contractually obliged to defend his title against "Iron" Mike Tyson, should he defeat Giant Man in his next bout, but he has admitted he feels the time is right to hang up his gloves.
If Giant Man springs the upset, Lanky has no interest in seeking revenge and will immediately retire, but if he wins, he'll box Tyson and win lose or draw, he'll quit the sport. The reasons for Gawns announcement stem from what he and his camp perceives to be a poor performance in his recent victory over Max Kellerman. Gawn has told close friends that he has lost his desire for boxing and wants to focus all his energy on his newly opened brothel in Amsterdam. |

If Mike Tyson gets past dark heaven this sunday, it's official, Tyson will be Lanky's retirement fight. Mike Tyson WILL be champion. He is very angry at what Lanky has said about his trainer Freddie Roach. He is looking not only to beat Lanky but to punish the legend. |
