Maybe he was tired of being on a show that sucked ass!
I never really understood why people thought it was so good in the first place....same thing with that "How I Met Your Mother" shit pile too. The sitcom is a farce nowadays...they all pretty well suck donkey balls. You look at some of the old school "sitcoms"....some of the subject matter they hit head on....would never even remotely be used today. Some of the stuff on "All in the Family" or "Mash" or "Good Times".... And even the 90's had shows that although were not cutting edge or brave....at the very least they were funny....Rosanne and Drew Carrey...... I have not seen a really good sitcom since 2004 when the DC show ended. |

I have watched Sanford & Son a bit lately & it was badass. |

100% agree, I really don't get how anybody finds 2 and a half men or how i met your mother funny. I tried watching them both, and it's basically the same jokes over and over again every week. It gets boring after about 10 minutes. All the jokes basically have to be about sex, and it just gets old after a bit. Did I hear right that Charlie Sheen was thinking about doing another "Major League" movie?

I have not seen a really good sitcom since 2004 when the DC show ended. The Big Bang Theory is pretty decent, if you want to check it out. The last great sitcom was Seinfeld, and the earlier seasons of Roseanne also rank near the top as well. Nothing compares to the classics though. Andy Griffith is the fucking shit. One of my favorites was The Wonder Years. It was more of a Dramedy than a straight comedy, though. No laugh track, so ridiculous stupid dumb shit. Just straight up honest, real life situations that we all dealt with growing up. I don't think there was ever a more honest, real show in television. |

Happy Days was good as well, always a fan of The Fonz.
I always laughed at that pic you posted Method. I'm sure you have used it before on here, just can't remember when, haha. |
