http://insidefights.com/2009/07/12/lesnar-apology-video/ I'll give him credit for his statement at the PC after the fight. He owned up and explained. Just PLEASE don't make it a habit, Brock. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I don't know if you can give him too much credit for doing something that he was told to do...Dana told his ass that he better go back out there, apologize, and he damn sure better do it with a smile and a Bud Light in his hands. Oh it was definitely ordered, if not scripted, but at least it happened.
Whatever happened to winning with class? There are guys who can do it. GSP sure did. Anderson Silva does. Just act like you've been there before and plan on doing it again. WWE mentality is right. Just don't act like a prick. Of course, I'm not telling him that it was inappropriate. I'm too young to die. Personally, more than anything else surrounding the event, I enjoyed the fact that Dana did not allow a single Tito Ortiz win to even be eligible to be voted on for the Ultimate 100. Love Dana or hate him, that was absolutely wonderful, especially because I can't stand Tito Ortiz. Of course, the joke's on Tito. Half the men in the world would have killed to get with Jenna Jameson circa 1998, but he gets to rail the version that had another 5 years of porn, too much plastic surgery, and looks like someone drew a face on a plastic bag and stretched it over their knee. |

I find myself rooting for Lesnar because he is such a man-beast.
No hate wagon here, the dude is a specimen...and after all of 5 fights, he is handling dudes. I guess this all sets up UFC throwing a ton of loot at Fedor after his next fight in an effort to set up the biggest fight that can be made. |

I'm surprised my boy Hype didn't get at you for the Tito comments! LOL |

Lesnar is the man pure & simple he is the UFC champion & avenged his only loss in brutal fashion. Fuck Bud Light, Fuck UFC & Fuck Frank Mir.
He can say what the fuck he likes because unlike people like Mayweather he is the legit moneymaking machine & Dana knows that & will use that to continue to build the Lesnar brand. Why do you think this guy HEADLINED the biggest UFC PPV ever? Because he sells tickets. Look how many of you want to see him get hurt already & he has had 5 fights! This man has the personality & promo ability to actually sell a PPV & believe me he is big news. |

It's funny how people are defending his action, but he has publicly apologized and said he acted like a child and a WWE star instead of a UFC Champion. Trust me, that Bud Light sponsorship means more to Dana White than Brock Lesnar does! Dog, I wanted to see CB Dollaway get smashed and I don't think he could sell a PPV. Bottom line is I will watch wrestling for those kind of tirades! |

He won & did what he liked even if it was foolish & immature. I actually found it funny because I am foolish & immature myself. He has the name & drawing power to get the average joe/wrestling fan to but UFC PPV's especially if he can get one on with Lashley so good for him. I also don't like CB Dolloway & would like to see his hare lip get mashed some more but I would not PPV it to see it as he is not signifigant enough to warrant that. |
