I'll take it a step futher.....entertainment in just about ALL forms SUCKS MEGA ASSHOLE! Sitcoms are NOT F'N funny the way they once were. Music SUCKS! And by extension concerts...it now costs me damn near $200 to take a whore to a good concert nowadays.. Movies, although better the last couple years...still cannot touch the way the industry was 10 years ago or so. The internet SUCKS! TV SUCKS Cars SUCK! Boxing SUCKS! Cartoons SUCK! EBAY can lick my balls! Women are F'N deceitful WHORES! The only thing to look forward to everyday is hoping the air around me does not stink! VERY LITTLE entertains me anymore. You have no idea how this reads at my age. I'm watching Minority Report right now, by the way. Noticed that you failed to deride gaming. |

Sitcoms - Yup, they suck. Music - yup, it sucks. Internet - yup. Here and youtube and that's about it for me. TV - yup, sucks. Don't watch it. Cars - never really been into cars. Boxing - wouldn't say sucks, but I know what you mean. Cartoons - what happened to 'Jason and the Wheeled Warroirs' and 'Ren and Stimpy'? They suck. E-bay - sucks. Women - seem to be drunken slags nowadays. Sitcoms- never watched them much. Music- Always have been able to find good new stuff. Internet- great tool TV- Boxing, Football, Soccer, Financial News, Sopranos reruns, NCAA Tourney, Netflix. Cars- Classics are still around (56 Caddy). New Camaros and Challengers are decent. Electric cars are basically here. Boxing- With what is coming over the next 3 months? You have got to be kidding me. Cartoons- 3D flicks. nuf said. E-Bay- I prefer Priceline Women- Still drunk and slutty as ever. But most importantly, my wife just picked up the mail and came out of the bedroom with nothing but my FIGHTHYPE.COM Prediction League Champion shirt. Life is good! |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I agree for the most part. But there's still some good shit out there. Movies - Christopher Nolan is putting out some good shit as far as movies go. (The Machinist, Batman Begins & The Dark Knight, Inception, for example.) TV - eh. Lost is done so I agree with you there. The days of having shows like Knight Rider are dead and gone. Now you got The Vampire Diaries and a ton of gay shit like that. Barnabas Collins where did you go? Internet - Sucks in China, because I have to use a proxy to download porn. You don't. Be thankful you greedy little shit. Cars - Suck. Period. Boxing - Sucks. Period. You're right. But MMA is still going pretty strong, check it out. Cartoons - No doubt they don't stack up to yesteryear. Nothing can compete with old-school Transformers, G.I. Joe, and Masters of the Universe. Ebay - Haven't used it since I got to China. But I dug it when I was in the States. Gotta use Taobao here in China. Believe me, you don't know gay until you've used taobao.com. No one does gay like the dirty Chinese. Women - Cheap, dirty whores? And? Shit, I've always known that. Treat 'em that way. They like it better like that way anyway. I can guess you're a guy who treats ladies with respect and shit, opening doors and paying for meals. Fuck that, dude. They don't like it, and they don't want it, regardless of what they tell you to your face. As for fresh air, brother, I gave up even hoping for that. In dirty-ass Shanghai, if the pollution doesn't get you, the dirty unbathed Chinese maggots will. Cheap alcohol seeping through unwashed, sunburned skin, doing a Spock mind-meld with the putrid B.O. on constant release because Chinese don't believe in deodorant. Yeah. Things could be worse, buddy. They could be worse. |

Damn, bg2 is gonna be on tv soon. " in other news, a man in Texas has shot 15 random people, while screaming something about threes company and metallicas ride the lightning. After his rampage he burned a bunch of girls gone wild DVDs, while lambasting the state of the modern boxing heavyweight division. He then turned the gun on himself." LOL....that was F'N funny! Now...although I've never had thoughts of hurting individuals..I will admit to plotting large scale things that hurt technology. Check out SRL's "information bomb" for example. BUT....in the end....it's just pipe dreams....I'm just another average American too concerned with my paycheck to actually do anything. nice touch on the HW division....you pay attention to details. |

Damn man, why are you in China again? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Haha, sorry about that rant. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Because, despite everything else going on here, this is a decent place to be if you wanna make some cash. Until everything implodes and it all goes to hell. Which is ALWAYS the end result for communism. The P.R.C is fucked the minute the Yuan appreciates to its true value, and they know it, which is why they are pushing so hard to keep it under-valued. The minute the RMB goes up, is the minute Chinese workers no longer work for slave wages, which is what they are doing now. Not to say they aren't willing to do it, they are. Just that the exchange rate will no longer work to China's advantage. At this point, one of two things happens. 1.) Big investors like the U.S., and most of Europe, pack up shop and move their factories and technology to another 3rd world country (somewhere in Africa probably, though South America is a remote possibility) where employees do work for slave wages to mass-produce our shit, or... 2.) The P.R.C, knowing the end result already, attempts to scale back wages in an attempt to circumvent the RMB's appreciation. Which, most likely, will lead to enough social unrest to force demonstrations or protests of some kind. And we know how the P.R.C deals with large-scale protests. And it won't fly. Not this time. But until those two things happen (1 definitely will, it's just a matter of time. 2? Likely, though not 100%) I will ride the trend for another year or 2 and then get the fuck out of Dodge. |
