Not familiar with Kenny Britt...I know their receivers weren't the best, but they were kinda clutch....their D is solid, and Johnson has what it takes....they also got fatty at full which makes for a nice 1-2 for the backfield....I see them clearly breaking .500 but not being anywhere near as successful as last year...
and the reason I'm not hyped, Meth, is because of them investing in Collins....I mean...what the fuck is that?....that's an outright stupid move to me....I KNEW he would crumble in the playoffs last year...and he WILL crumble again if he gets the opportunity... Young needs to get his head right and take over the herd....old ass Collins may be a gamer, but he's no champion. |

I seem to remember the Titans getting shafted on a call against the Ravens. More a victim of bad reffing than anything else. I may have them confused.

The moment the NFL figured Young out, he was done. His drop back...nothing there...run to the right style worked, even against USC who was ridiculously clueless against him, but in the NFL that is not getting it done.
They want a game manager, and let Chris Johnson and LenDale do the work. I do think that losing Haynesworth is going to cause them to put up some more points, but this is a solid team. Vince Young is probably on his way out of the door anyway. I am looking forward to seeing how the Jets D looks under Rex. Calvin Pace being suspended for 4 games is an absolute killer...but it will take time for the group to gel anyway. |
