When did Ruslan become a top contender? I'm kinda confused. Who had he fought other than Bradley?

Roy Jones name alone on BHop's resume far outweighs any name on Andre's and Hopkins has fought RJJ twice. |

He sealed his own fate and there's no justification to penalize Ward for doing something that would've happened at any weight |
