i think the4 mayweather fight was a perfect prequel for this fight with lara. Canelo learned a lot from that experience and lara is no wear near floyds slickness. angulo caught lara, but angulo took punishment because he just covered up. canelo can actually move his head and upper body. i think lara is gonna be very surprised once they are in the ring. lara couldnt even beat martirosyan or molina convincingly. if slower stupider batlleworn angulo could drop lara, then canelo can accomplish a unanimous nod.

Lara has the lower body movement advantage, Canelo has the upper body movement advantage, so to me their defense is equal. In terms of offense they both are fast, strong, precise, throw awesome combinations, and are both really good boxers. Lara is a southpaw though, Canelo may gas if he loads up early like he usually does, if Lara can handle that he may be able to capitalize then, but much easier said than done. Canelo's body shots may crumble Lara, the BEST Lara will be needed to win, Only 2 more months away (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) . Whichever one of them isn't sleeping right now and training is gonna be the one who wins, whoever wants it more.

Everyone isn't Mayweather, But if Lara can get past Canelo, I'd love to see it happen.

My hiatus is over......again lol

Anyways, this is a true 50/50 battle here. On one end you have a all around amateur background counter puncher south paw and on the other end you have a blossoming not even prime boxer puncher who's still learning...simply the kids got balls.

I said it after the Angulo fight which I thought Perro was going to KO the cinnamon boy wonder but be proved me absolutely wrong and so did Lara in his fight against Trout.

I'm going with Lara to teach the cinnamon boy wonder a lesson about distance, spacing, ring generalship, timely counters, and hit/Not get hit game. I believe Alvarez will be game but not enough for a guy with a deeper boxing background. People forget Lara fought Vanes, Molina, Trout, Angulo and even called out GGG. Nuff said. 8-4 or 9-3 Erislandy" El Mexico Profesor" Lara UD.

So damn glad this fight is happening...... People kill me with their triangle theories about Fighters. As of today, My money is on Foghorn Leghorn. He's seems to be on a mission to earn his respect. He wins this and maybe he shuts down all the folks (including myself) that considered him hyped. He's officially fighting folks in his own weight class so I can't complain too much now....

Man you outdid yourself with this one!

Oh yeah, Lara's definitely gonna get his ass kicked, lol.

PORTER VS. BROOK

ALEXANDER VS. SOTO KARASS
