Bullshit decision.
Hopkins won every round after the 3rd. Clearly outworking and hurting Pascal several times. Knockdowns were bullshit of course and Pascal should have lost a point at least once for those rabbit punches. I can't believe Chad lost to this guy looking at it now. Just goes to show that Sad Chad is not elite either. Hopkins should have never went to his hometown. Thats what I was worried about when this fight was announced. |

I didn't think the rounds were tight after the third. Hopkins was clearly hurting Pascal with his shots, whereas Pascal's punches were bigger, but they weren't having any effect on Hopkins.
As for the knockdowns, the first one should not have been counted, it was an illegal punch. The second knockdown was legit, took Hopkins by surprise, but didn't hurt him. |

pascal know that old man was working his a$$ starting in 3rd after the knockdown when he started working that body...then started landing over hand rights...then short straight rights falling in on him....broke his a$$ down. that is why pascal had that look on his face...he couldn't believe he got his a$$ worked over by an old man like that after he dropped him earlier.
