How dumb is Vera??? How did you just sit there and say that yall trained for a 10-round fight, and not a 12-round fight? Shouldn't you always train for the allotted rounds, just in case? Help me out here...

The way he was talking "on the road to " they was training for 15 so he ain't got no room for that ten shit (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

JCC Jr needs a few more decent opponents at 168. He's not ready for the big dogs yet, but then again I don't think it matters. He's going to get eaten alive by Ward and/or Gennady.

Ward will make his corner throw the towl ...ggg I don't see it being to different from the sparring session except no head gear......if ggg can take those big hooks he threw tonight at Vera he gets a wide ud

Some of Chavez Jr's shots were wide. He would've done more damage if he wouldn't have been so wide with his punches. I agree Golovkin works him and Ward ends him imo

I didn't see the fights because I knew the writting was on the wall, especially with Chavez Jr-Vera's officiating. Here are two excellent articles bashing the problems with the bias in Texas officiating. Especially Laurence Cole, Texas' most controversial referee.

This one goes back to Diaz-Malinaggi: http://www.secondsout.com/columns/thomas-h...as-is-shameless

This one bashes Cole for his performance in the classic Maidana-Broner fight:

I missed this fight. It sounded like it was a good one. Some friends told me that Vera didn't have the power to hurt Chavez. Arum is saying that Jr. needs a real trainer, he said that Jr. did not have a plan for Vera, he just went out and fought him. Who should be Jr's trainer? Nacho is old and won't deal with Jr.'s shit, Garcia I don't like his style for Jr. Ronnie Shields, Virgil Hunter, hey Angel Garcia could help him. That would be great.
