Let me elaborate, that because of the rift between Showtime/CBS and Time Warner being one of the reasons this fight won't break the all time PPV record.

Just settled!!!

Just settled!!!

I am so pissed! I just got my Dish two weeks ago and now this! Oh well.

I am glad customers get what they are paying for. I think this might help PPV sales, well I know they will.

It's funny how rival promoters can inadvertently make the sport better, but rival cable companies can leave you with your d*ck in the dirt. Just when we want rival promoters to hash things out and work together, cable companies make us shit our pants. LOL

What odds are you guys seeing locally on this fight? My guys had it at 13-1 Mayweather a month ago and now it's 3-1 Mayweather. I was on BoxingScene and some folks have commented they feel the air ripe for a fix...so just curious about both situations from folks here.

The closer the fight gets the more people are going to second guess Mayweather. People are saying Mayweather is getting knocked out within 5-8 rounds. They are banking on Saul's power and youth. Oscar is being a blow hard by making statements about how great Saul is compared to Mayweather. I think people are buying into the hype of Saul. Which makes the fight interesting. Now after the fight we will see peoples reaction. From what I can gather most of the people and bookies I know have Mayweather 7-1 favorite.

Interesting point of view, thanks for sharing. I have floyd as a favorite in this fight but I don't think Canelo will gas out but I do think he'll take punishment to the body which will force him to be more defensive than ever and he'll end up getting tagged for it. On the scorecards thing..I'm not sure about this one though..I know it's floyd's backyard but I don't think either man should rely on the cards because I don't feel the final scores are going to read like the viewers scored it.

Canelo will gas out. If you saw the video of Canelo working the bag he was constantly resting and taking breaks. during his workouts he always seems tired and gassed. He will have a good 5 rounds and after that its all she wrote. Mayweather is tagging the body the first half of the fight to take his lungs and the other half. he is going to fuck up that pretty face of his. This will be a Diego Corrales type of performance. That was the only fight Floyd was the underdog and you saw how he performed.

If he does, then he needs to seriously be checked for some PEDs. Floyd still has his legs, speed, and reflexes, but another performance like that, will send the wrong message.

Now wouldn't that be some shit! Imagine if Floyd tested positive for PEDs, that would be funny and tragic all in one. Skip Bayless and Dan Raefel would have a field day! And I can see May stuttering trying to explain himself/ ah shit!

Notice who is doing the majority of the talking. That drag queen Oscar (who really needs to shut the fuck up) and Canelo. Mayweather has been awful quiet. He hasn't said shit. Just really mum. Canelo maybe writing a check that his red headed ass can't cash.

Newbie, I never asked you what your take on the fight. How do you see it playing out? I'm glad you joined this board.
