Reggie "The Kiss" Hope has asked Z. Gorres to face him on February 15th. Brit legend Reggie feels his career is almost over but he wants to go out having faced someone with the stature of Gorres.
"Z Gorres is a legend. He beat me in 2 rounds last time we did fight but lets get one thing clear here about that fight. I was having my 15th bout...10 wins, 5 losses. I was a novice kid back then. Gorres was having his 20th bout....17 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss. It was a mismatch. Today I am nearing the end of the road and time is running out. I need to have this fight and I urge Z Gorres to take up my challenge." Reggie's latest fight, a first round KO over "Awesome" Awesome, was his 8th fight with "Awesome" in was is quite possibly boxing's toughest rivalry. They are 4 wins each now so a 9th fight somewhere down the line is very possible. |

Z Gorres accepts the challenge. He will have a tune up at 118 before moving down to 115 for this fight.

Reggie lost his title and Gorres lost his tune-up.
Bang goes their big fight. |
