I don't understand why nobody wants to be undisputed anymore? People are either contempt with one belt or would rather jump weight classes, is it because the mandatories would be too much? what are your thoughts.

Some dudes even hold two titles, but are afraid to fight one guy who actually wants to unify the titles in the division. He's afraid that if he loses, it will mess up his chances to fight Mayweather and Pacquiao...as if he truly deserves those opportunities in the first place. Go figure (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dntknw.gif)

Its most likely the Fees that come with the titles and the fact that they're so many titles and bs that comes along with the title they will just make the most money the can off of the fight because they could be hot now and not later so they want to max out. When they start making the titles mean something again fighters will try to unify them. |

Yeah those sanctioning body fees do add up. Im sure most guys wouldn' mind being champion, but having to pay for it, is another thing. If they have all of the belts and get tired of paying for them, then Im sure they'll decide which one is more important and vacate the others.

Ain't that the truth Yep! So basically, if a fighter is unknown and fans wont even cough up money to support their gate on a card that they headline, then they can kiss PPV drawing powers to hell. Better hope they have a good promoter, but if not, then they can forget that too. A popular fighter will look past them like they used to look past the chick with no body in high school (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |
