Got through the first week of the program, well not the full program, only the strength building exercises. Gotta say, the shit is pretty intense. The leg workout is no joke.

What additional equipment do you need with the DVD's?
They were talking about P90X on ESPN Radio yesterday...the host has been doing it and loves it. |

Dumbells and some sort of pull up bar, that's it. Or you can use resistance bands. I found them to be a lot cheaper than dumbbells, nearly as effective depending on your goal, and I also don't have any space for a pull up bar. Yoga mat helps too but isn't necessary. |
