i have a sibling and close relatives that are gay and lesbian. it is my honest belief that some/most are born that way. i don't believe it's a choice for them. i get what cshel is saying about scarred chicks that are done dealing with men...that's something different. i agree that you cannot compare what gays are going thru to racial discrimination. u can hide ur gayness...but u can't hide ur race. but that's not to say that what gays/lesbians experience isn't real. i've had to come to the rescue of friends and relatives who were targeted because of their sexual orientation. that shit is not cool. i won't accept it. if someone is a homophope...i have to question them. what is it about homosexuality that would spur a person to hate or act violently? for those ppl i would say they need to look deeper inside to figure that out. i have no problem with an openly gay boxer. as for would i support a guy boxer who can fight? sure, why not? I had a lesbian cousin (stud) who lived with me...man she was a pain in the ass...especially when my girlfriend used to come over. I cant even use her as an example, because she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, she was an alcoholic, and killed some weed and cigs...all at the age of 19, smh. She was all over the place, it's crazy because she used sit with her legs crossed and laugh at shit while saying "guhl" (country version of the word girl). It was weird, I told her that she looked like a gay man when she did that...needless to say, she got upset and cried...straight feminine reaction. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Im not one of those type of people that are willing to hurt those who live an alternative lifestyle...that's about 10 steps towards taking it too far. I never understood that at all, never will. I support a gay rapper who can rap (Kanye West). LOL!!!!!!!! Hey man, if this is true about Ye, then one thing I can give him the thumbs on, is the fact that he has the world's hottest fag hag! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Disclaimer: I dont use the word "fag" to pick on homosexual dudes, in this case, it just rhymed. NOW...I WILL use it on a dude who's acting like a straight up wimp! 6 days out of the week, and twice on Sunday. Lol |

Why not? If dude can fight, he can fight. Feel sorry for whomever he whips, though. Not gonna lie about that. S/N: Fighting a gay dude would give new meaning to "he can fight on the inside".

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) as for kanye being gay...i think there are other rappers who are more suspect that kanye. him smashing kim k kind of leads me to believe he's not. i get when ppl see him as this overly emotional/homotional dude...i think that's partly because he was raised by his moms and didn't exactly have a male role model coming up. i kind of view tupac the same way. only difference...tupac was trying to embrace that whole thug thing (which i thought was comical) while kanye is on some prep/uppity shit that brothers from his side of town embrace. i can see where that gets misinterpreted as gay. on a different note...cruz is fighting some guy from mexico. the mexico/p.r. rivalry is already enough...now he has to make sure he doesn't lose to a gay dude. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) a loss is going to be a double whammy! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) This post has been edited by daprofessor: Oct 11 2012, 01:30 PM |

I hate to bring this thread up again, but I see one more story on Boxing Scene about Orlando Cruz being happy that he's an ankle-grabber, I'm gonna fuckin' vomit. Don't get me wrong, I like Boxing Scene, but c'mon with the Cruz stories.
One thing that chaps my ass about those that live the alternative lifestyle, is shit like this. In the beginning, they're nervous and humble, before and shortly after they come out...then BOOM, they start overdoing it. Before you know it, they turn into a full-fledged hetero hater and wait for somebody to say the slightest thing, so they can take it to the extreme. Trust me, i'm waiting for it...it wont be long. |

As for Donaire, dude is insulting our intelligence, and he should take a seat before he gets sat down by somebody he least expects. |

GBP is more than likely doing the same shit as Arum, and using formidable opponents as smoke screens, in order to build his fighters up. |
