But you're contradicting yourself because I quote you here as sayinmong:

You can't go both ways on this, either his is or isn't an A level fighter, which is it? I think that Arum did a skillfull job of keeping MP away from guys who would've boxed his ears off and that with all the careful matchmaking he did a great job marketing him catching his opponents at their worst moments (coming off of KO/TKO/UD losses) and that enabled him to capitalize against limited competition (either due to the following losses, weight draining or way past their primes).

I believe any decent fighter with power can make himself look like an A level fighter if he is skillfully matched especially against those who lack real boxing skills or have a crappy defense and is easy to hit.

No I get he isn't the most skillful guy in terms of pure boxing, but that doesn't stop him from being an A level fighter.

Let's give manny a report card

Speed a+
Power a+
Foot work a+
Defense b-
Ring iq b

IMO that's good enough to be a A level fighter , mayweathers would look like this

Speed a+
Power b+
Foot work a+
Defense a+
Ring iq a+
This is defiantly open to debate but its close enough

Even I can't in good conscience agree with that guy lol, that's just a too generalistic way to catogorise it, I mean fairs if you don't think he's A level I can't do much about it

I dunno sounded like a good idea at the time, and I have heard many marvel at Mannys foot work , trainers announcers, judges, so I'm not crazy here. If anything manny having a B rating for ring iq is too generous

Your not crazy but wrong, if you've seen it there isn't much too it, but people like to hype it up, its very average as with his ring IQ

Manny foot work sucks, I am sorry. That is what got his ass put to sleep. You don't leave your feet against a counter puncher. He damn near tripped over his own feet when he fought Bradley. His foot work is terrible. He can't cut off the ring and he has no idea how to turn an opponent. None what so ever. The media and announcers? That is your creditable source? WOW! I and i have a bridge I want you to invest in.

^before they started trying to up Pacquiao's conventional boxing skills his footwork was natural, sporadic and effective. I think he's looked clumsy since the shane fight - probably the fight that prompted his guys to teach him the real way of doing it - but it is too little too late in Pacquiao's career. But lets be honest, it was never pacquiao's footwork that got him attention.

Who else around those weight classes would be an A level fighter then? Aside from Mayweather obviously
