In my opinion I thought Diaz was clearly winning the round, and taking the fight to Morales. He had Morales wobbled pretty good, and then got caught. Oh well its a debatable subject that can go either way. Can't take away from the big picture though, and thats the judge scoring the 2ND 10-8 for Diaz. I also have issue with Diaz winning the last 6 rounds on two cards as well. To me that's just bad judging.

I think the judge that scored the round 10-9 for Morales and the 2nd 10-8 for Diaz should be fucked off for good. That is a 2 point swing that comes down to not knowing how to score a fight.

Anyone that has been on here for a while knows how much I love & respect Morales, hell I cried when he got KO'd by Pacman. He has never really been the same since he was at 26 & it was always going to be a downhill slide from there. I hope he retires to get fat & drink tequila in the sun as he has had a more than distinguished career. |

I had the bout a draw (114-114). Morales did much better than I expected and put up a valiant effort. The fight was close, and I can't complain about the decision or call this fight a robbery. Morales boxed beautifully behind his jab and rang Diaz' bell at times with hard hooks and straights, whereas Diaz applied some effective pressure and landed powerful shots to the head and body. It was close fellas.
