Quite frankly, the weekly and monthly THREATS have really been annoying, but bringing my kids into it has crossed the line from being just business to being personal.

So that said, without further ado, I bring you the Monkey Business of Boxingtalk...where fans are monkeys, paying members are monkeys, employees are monkeys, fighters are monkeys...basically everyone is a monkey.

This just goes to prove that everyone at the site including myself, Ben, Percy, everyone was getting taken advantage of over there. The writers, and Ben doing the leg work on the site made it what it was, and then to find out Ben was not hardly involved the past couple of years when I would send things in to be put on the site and it would take days before it would go up without any explanation.

The last straw for me really was when my friend Terry Smith was on the schedule to face Chris Byrd (no offense Byrd Man), and then Chris pulled out of the fight making Terry mad and he voiced his frustrations about the whole deal and I was basically told "who the fuck is Terry Smith to say anything about Chris Byrd" and then he followed it up with an interview with Chris trying to get him to say something, but Byrd remained a class act saying nothing negative and stated he understood Terry's frustration and explained the situation.

It is little things like that that got to me, like when there would be chats with not real big names, but when I tried to get one for Terry I was always turned down because Terry was not a major player. Then to find out that a few of the chats were not even the real guys all the time really bugged me.

But just like Jimmy Buffett says in one of his songs "I have found me a home."

i can understand you being upset about the terry smith statement not being posted on btalk, but i can also understand why he wouldnt do a terry smith chat. i dont want to hurt any feelings here, but who in their right mind would want to do an online chat with terry smith?

Most times Greg does the interviews himself. Many times when he could not get in touch with Shane he conducted his own interview with Shane- like answers. 7 out of 10 of Shane interviews were done by him. Hint... When it ends with Boxingtalk being the best website out there it is a Greg & Greg interview.
