Tyson & Chavez were in their primes 20 years ago. The era is 1993 to present. They were well past their primes by 93. Tyson was in prison...

Regardless of the reason, they're held back. They don't get extra points for beating weaker fighters than say Lennox faced in the 90's.

I do believe Vitali would have been competitve in any era, but he can't get a pass based on assumption.
