QUOTE(Nay_Sayer @ Dec 10 2008, 11:12 PM) Trinidad de la Hoya II is definately going to happen, IMO.... A lot will disagree with me but I still want to see it but at 160 though. Then again Tito may be too drained come fight night and get Oscar'd* Oscar'd = new one worder for beat downs. Like in football you can be Moss'd or in basketball you can be Posterized. |

Two things are certain. Oscar will fight again, no fucking way will he go out like that. And I do not think he will ever fight at welterweight again. As far as him and Trinidad, I do not know.

He better stay the fuck away from Trinidad. Any other time I probably would have still favored Oscar, but I think at this point, Trinidad is the better reserved fighter.

Pacman, what the heck... ironically, is BAD... very BAD for boxing!!!
He's pulverizing PPV personalities like Barrera, Morales, DLH. Pacquiao will pulverize Hatton to retirement at 140 (his best weight) and you can bet there will be no Brits who will buy tickets again for a while. All those beautiful chicks who know nothing about boxing but who came to watch Dela Hoya must still be in shock seeing how Dela Hoya's face turned from an "Idol" to another Pac look-alike. Floyd is good for boxing. I want him back. Look at the way he carried Dela Hoya. He didn't beat him up so bad. |

oscar is the man...without him, YOU would not be able to see your favorite fighters because of the lack of money associated with the sport...i love him...haha so why he got beat up by manny, just think of how badly he could beat you up, and sleep with your wife and make you watch if he wanted....hahahaha then you would be "oscar'd"....hahahahahaha...

I don't know why people keep talking about this fight, cuz it can't happen.
Oscar will next fight at 154 most likely. He's recently looked like shit at 147 and 160 and decent at 154, so it only makes sense that he'd return at 154. That said, anyone that thinks Trinidad can make 154 these days needs to watch a different sport. |

DLH will fight again...who will remain to be seen. He was obviously too drained and not in shape for his fight with Manny. I think the Trinidad fight is a possiblity but can Tito drop to 154? Cause I dont see Oscar going back to 160. Any of the top guys would probably be willing to fight him but I definitely think he stays away from any risk at this point. He'll probably take an easy fight to go out looking good in and then call it quits.
