I don't know what to make of the Giants this year, I think they should be ok, it really depends on what these receivers can do. Fucking dumb ass Plaxico had to go and shoot himself and then get involved in the worst cover up possible. The NFC East is so hard to gauge, they should be good, but Dallas has alot of question marks as does Washington and the Eagles. I am tired of Donovan McNabb though, when will that Eagles team go away they're never gonna win anything, they're just annoyingly good enough.
I wouldn't mind seeing the cardinals light it up though, and I'll tell you I usually don't take kindly to the home team in whatever city I happen to be living in, but the Falcons kind of grew on me last year. (All the pother Atlanta teams can kiss my ass though, especially the fucking braves) |

I'm a Panthers Fan and all I got to say is 5 years 45 fucking million fucking dollars! WTF?
Cowboys will just be average this year as well. May not even make the playoffs. |

LET's GO EAGLES! Put up or shut up, Donovan. My guess is he does neither. Donovan just doesn't have the fortitude mentally to get it done, IMO. If he was still a running QB, maybe. But ever since he pussed out and stopped running to try and prove some faceless critics wrong he's done just enough to lose all the big games. |

Its funny too, cuz B-Hop goes on the Philly radio stations and basically calls out McNabb as being heartless, gutless. Public denouncement like that has found guys like T.O. a first class ticket out of town, but since its B-Hop, and he ain't an Eagle, and he has cred, it just goes unchecked, agreeable or not. It's great. |

It's great. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I would tend to agree with Hopkins's assesment of the situation. If the Eagles had had another QB under center for the last couple of years, I think they would've taken more than one trip to the Super Bowl. I don't mean aces like Tom Brady either. I'm talking more along the lines of the Trent Greens and Kurt Warners of the world, guys who can at least rally the team around them. It's no coincidence that old-ass Jeff Garcia did more with that team than McNabb. Too bad Avon's not here. He was (and probably still is) an avid McNabb dickrider. |

I would have (and argued as much) kept Garcia in a heartbeat. In a heartbeat. He's better than McNabb.

LOL...you guys hate McNabb.
I think Philly has a damn good shot to win the NFC East this year. They made solid moves this offseason and were a game away from the Super Bowl last year...had the Philly D not spotted Arizona 24 first half points, there is a real good chance they get there. I do not think the Giants are going to be all that special this year - with no receivers, no one is going to respect that offense. The Ryan family D is what this year is all about for me. |

yeah, but they can still pound the rock. at least the receivers they have should see some favorable defenses to pass against. I think their D can win games...and that O-line is nasty, but I would worry about them winning big games without a receiver the opposing D is going to fear. |
