I'd rather see Hopkins fight Adamek, Dawson, or Roy. I think he beats Williams decisively. Williams does not have JT or KP power either, so Bhop can take more risks. Bernard is also MUCH stronger than Williams and will manhandle and abuse him on the inside. I think Bernard makes it an ugly, inside fight and beats up Williams. I also see him landing counters and a lot of leads on Williams suspect D. I do think Williams will be able to land some flurries of shots, but he will be tied up quickly and Bernard will act quickly to stop the momentum. It seems like you have to say the same thing for every Bhop fight..."that is, unless he gets old overnight" ; )

Williams should definitely campaign for the fight though. If he losses, it's against an all-time great that causes problems for everyone. If he wins, then it puts him on another level and proves people like me wrong. Either way, I don't think it really diminishes he stock, unless Hopkins blasts him out early. From the other side, I don't see how this helps build Hopkins' legacy. If he beats up on Adamek or Dawson, that is REALLY impressive to me. He can also attempt to embarrass Roy and end his career. If he beats Williams, people will just say that he was bigger, stronger, fought a blown up welter, who is Williams?, blah blah. I can think of a bunch of reasons to downplay the importance of beating Williams. The same is not true for the other two guys, and arguably Jones also.
