Come on man, physically this was a bigger mismatch than Mayweather-Marquez. Vitaly is a great fighter I ain't gonna hate. He fights with his hands down and rarely gets hit. Where did all the heavyweights go? Is there anybody who can hang? Physical, no way!! Skill wise, you may have a point. However Mayweather could have fought a guy in his class who was lower ranked(luis Collazo) or somebody. Mayweather chose a guy 2 weight classes beneath him. Vitaly chose a live opponent. I cant argue that there was any better guy on Klits short list. |

Where did all the heavyweights go? Is there anybody who can hang? NOPE! That's why a weak ass guy like arreola gets hype ! If there were good fighters in the heavyweight divison arreola would not be known! He's weak.... |

It wast about the era so much as it was about RACE. That all hated word. I disagree you can give me a prime Louis, Ali, Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis sh*t even Bowe over any of these so called top HW now in days. It was pretty damn obviouse the HW's were so much more skilled back in the day then now in days. |

Klitchko is 4 inches taller than Arreola, Mayweather is only 1-2 inches taller than JMM. Arreola was in way worse shape than JMM. You can have two heavyweights in the same division and it can still be a physical mismatch. Not knocking Klitchko on the choice of opponent cuz there just ain't nobody out there. It was pretty damn obviouse the HW's were so much more skilled back in the day then now in days. You and I are in 2 different conversations. Let me try again. Larry Merchent asked "What if the Klitschko's were from a ranch in Montana?" What would the perception be? The Arreola fight would have been another in a great string of flawless victories. Mayweather had a point when he mentioned RACE. Many white guys accuse us of pulling the race card when a black person brings up race, but Larry Merchant opened that door today on live TV. He just verified alot of what Mayweather said. i'm no Mayweather fan, but he did have a point. Americans havent really taken to the Klits. You can have all the Bowe's Holy's and Tysons you want, they werent white. Had they been, they would be much bigger than they are today. I hate to use this example. Look at New Kids on the Block and New Edition. One group is white from Boston, one black from Boston. Both of them brought out by a guy named Maurice Starr. Which group have you actually heard of?? I've seen both and let me tell you New Edition hands down is more talented. New Kids on the Block is more marketable. |

I really cant believe this shit Jesus fucking christ, as soon as some of you see race you flare up like Bulls... Some people really hate to talk about race. Race card... That term was probably invented by racists to counteract every claim of racism by black folks. I guess we're supposed to put our blinders on and not talk about race evr now that the US President is black... Whatever... read the fricking posts and understand that Larry Merchant brought it up tonight after the boxing match. That is why it is relevant today. He implied that if the Klits were amercans, how the American public would embrace them. |

Damn...Big Vitali with his old man legs just Owned that boy....lol Credit to Arreola for lasting as long as he did...but he should have taken my advice and gone all out in the early rounds...as that looks like his only shot was to go for an early desperation KO. Yea, Chris should have followed the advice of CEO and me and gone all out in the early rounds. Nipples just did not have an answer for how to get inside. I did give him round 8, but that is all. Klitschko may be boring to watch, but it will be very difficult for the current crop of heavyweight champions and contenders to combat his height and his jab. Jack |
