I've been changing a lot of things..Like I said before,I changed my whole style almost a year ago..My footwork is really really good..I can't believe how much balance I didn't have before compared to now..I watch and study a lot of Joe Louis and Ray Robinson's feet to help me see what I'll end up like after continuing to improve them..If you're curious,watch how their feet never come off the ground when they move while in range..They pick their heels up and slide off the instep and ball of their foot..That's how they were able to throw punches while moving in any direction and throwing while on the move..

I've been hitting a lot harder through my technique with my straight right and overhand right and left hook..I should start sparring again in 6 weeks and have a fight 6 weeks after that to get me ready for the gloves..My jab has also come a long way and is harder to see since I don't give guys a visual of my shoulder and don't pick my elbow out..

A lot has changed and a lot still needs to improve..To get fully relaxed with your punches can take a really long time after thinking about it..When fully relaxed,you should be able to throw like 500 jabs without feeling it in your shoulder and not feeling tired..When you are tense with your punches or try to kill the bag/mit with a punch,you don't throw nearly as hard..It's taken me awhile for my body to fully trust that even though my mind does..

Good lucky Big G!!I remember you saying you were gaining weight..Make sure to use your footwork especially against a naturally bigger guy..I'm not saying run,but get angles..When is the fight??
