What additional equipment do you need with the DVD's?
They were talking about P90X on ESPN Radio yesterday...the host has been doing it and loves it. |

I found them to be a lot cheaper than dumbbells, nearly as effective depending on your goal, and I also don't have any space for a pull up bar. Yoga mat helps too but isn't necessary. |
