> Will Nevada Allow Margarito to Fight?, Or is it off to Mexico...
Margaito to Appear Before NSAC on August 9th
Will the NSAC grant a one fight exemption?
Yes, they will allow him to fight on 11/13. [ 11 ] ** [78.57%]
No, they will tell him to go back to California again. [ 3 ] ** [21.43%]
This time they will flatout deny his request. [ 0 ] ** [0.00%]

They will probably let Margarito fight, way too much bullshit and politics and money to be made. I would be very surprised to see him get denied.

Also, anyone who thinks Margarito did not know about the brick put in his wraps really needs to sit down and think about this clearly. I have wrapped peoples hands and have had mine wrapped countless times. There is NO fucking way the person wrapping can slip in the brick unnoticed. Just think about it and put yourself in that position and does anyone really think its possible?

I wish AM would at least come clean.

Mexico? Bob Arum must have Pac fucking brainwashed to get him to agree to fight a guy who was caught loading his gloves, in his home country, in front of what will probably be a hostile crowd sympathetic judges and refs. If I was Pac, I would make him fight me in Manilla.

If the NSAC turns down Margarito and they're forced to move the fight to Mexico, does matchup lose any legitimacy? I mean how can it even be for a belt if a state athletic commission won't license the fighter?

You know... I was thinking about that too.

How in the hell can a fighter NOT be licensed to fight but can fight for a major Title?
