Dos Santos is the better fighter technically, but Carwin has unreal power. I don't know why, I just have a gut feeling Carwin is gonna take this one. But we'll see how the weight loss affects him in this fight.

GREAT first round. Dos Santos has a HUGE speed advantage, and it is showing. Poor Carwin's face is WRECKED. The fight probably could've been stopped there. You gotta think the end is near. Round 2 is coming up, and Carwin has only gone past the 1st once. Where he got finished by Crock Lesnar.

Much better second round for Carwin, who landed some nice heavy shots. I think Dos Santos still took it though. He's still much faster. But he's gotta be careful. He can't let Shane land anything, because even Shane's jabs carry knockout power.

Good 3rd. Dos Santos even got 2 takedowns. He should take it 30-27 on all three cards. Props to Shane for his big heart, but Dos Santos is just the better fighter tonight.
