You sound like you've been reading too much DUHsource. LOL.

DCO's, Doping Control Officers, are assigned to athletes. All athletes are required to fill out paperwork letting them know where they will be. Said DCO will show up at that location when it's time to provide a sample. Simple as that. It's funny, but I could have sworn there were things called airplanes that allow you to travel to any country around the world.

This will not be the first time that USADA has collected samples from a foreign athlete. But hey...what do I know?

you would think cats would just chalk it up as Arum putting his foot in his mouth.

yeah these Brainwashed idiots are waiting for Bob Arum to give them some type of comeback they can run with and use on the internet and on boxing forums

some of these fans don't have a mind of their own and they clearly don't have much knowledge about boxing, so they depend on clueless boxing Writers who love to write articles telling them what the WANT TO HEAR

might as well just divert back to saying "Mayweather is scared" "Why does Manny have to take a test, let the commission...blah blah blah" because trying to argue AGAINST USADA is just IGNORANT, none of you was saying "USADA IS BAD" until UNCLE BOB started complaining about them

GET A MIND OF YOUR OWN and stop letting Bob Arum BRAINWASH YOU into thinking that he is ALWAYS RIGHT!
