With the recent NFL players (retired) coming out and admitting that they are gay along with some retired NBA players, I was wondering how well would an openly gay boxer that was extremely talented (on the lines or Martinez or Bradely) do in the sport of boxing? Would this harm the sport or would people look at the boxer's performance. Would it hinder the boxer from getting big money fights or would the boxer just be known as the gay boxer? Would yawl support the boxer or shune him? How would the boxing community act?

A gay fighter wouldn't bother me the slightest, and I think you would be able to use it to psyche opponents out as well. I think it would be more difficult in a team environment.
I never understood why fags freak people out. I can understand someone not agreeing with what they do, just don't understand how they freak people out or make anyone feel uncomfortable. |
