Somebody posted this in another thread, but they basically said that though JMM signed for 144, he could still weigh in at 140 and be okay. Knowing JMM, he will try to be the good guy and fuck himself by coming in at 144 anyway. Hell Pac always comes in under the contrcated weight. In this case, Sergio doesn't have that luxury...either he comes in at 147 or 150 (whatever they agree to), or he will be forced to pay a penalty for coming in overweight.
