So, Pacquaio's going to retire and devote his life to serving the all mighty..God that is. That begs the question, if he doesn't retire and continues to box, does that mean that in Pacquaio's mind, Bob is actually the all mighty?
I hope that Pacquio, being the self proclaimed sincere and pious Christian that his actions have clearly shown him to be..., has not used God's name in vain as some lame ass negotiating ploy. This post has been edited by Cheesey1: Feb 13 2012, 01:28 PM |

i think hes using the retirement thing as leverage to get more money and the fights he actually wants... he was forced into fighting marquez, and now hes being forced into fighting bradley when he actually wanted cotto.
i think manny is tired of arum's bullshit and is starting to see what everyone else is seeing. |

I don't know man, the promoter's supposed to work for the boxer. Without the boxer what can the promoter promote? I still think that it's good cop, bad cop all day long. Also, I know that I'm far, very far from perfect and as CShel said there's a cot in hell waiting for me (I know this), but I do know that it isn't cool in the slightest bit to use God as a negotiating tactic. I just had a vision and in my vision, my addled brain told me to no longer refer to Manny Pacquaio as Manny, or Pacquaio, but to now call him Saint Pacquaio.
Praise be to the Bobfather. |

This isn't a good fight to fight before leaving the sport. A Bradley fight? really? Hopefully this is a ploy for more money, but I dont even know where he stands at this point. Im wondering when his contract ends...

I had another vision. Saint Pacquaio is now recruiting his disciples and praise be, he has selected Paris Hilton as his first disciple.

Im wondering when his contract ends... Don't know if he's being serious, but I do know that this will play very, very well with the religious electorate in his country. I doubt that he's satisfied with being a senator/congress-saint (whatever he is) but has bigger political ambitions. This post has been edited by Cheesey1: Feb 13 2012, 02:04 PM |

All of this "Im changing my life", etc, is him getting ready for Congress. from what I understand, he's a feared man in his country. |
