Pacquiao's Foundation Under Scrutiny

This is all so comical.

Let's discuss.

"My understanding is that some enterprising people used the name of the foundation and tried to bring in valuable 'used clothing' [without] the knowledge and consent of Pacquiao," Espejo wrote. "Time and again I have always said some people around the boxing champion will always find ways to earn fast money at the expense of Pacquiao.

This pretty much told the story. Then again...doesn't shit ALWAYS happen without Pacquiao's consent? This shouldn't come to anyone as a surprise...

I'm slipping, this didn't show up on my "Saintly Questionable Actions" RSS feed. Damn it! Thanks for the hookup Max.
I read it and yet again we see the age old excuse of this being the actions of others and Pacquaio had no clue. Why does he not have any responsibility, but someone like Mayweather is responsible for every single action of his entourage? If you're going to condemn one, you'd better condemn both.
I also loved the line "...his trusted advisor, Bob Arum." Priceless!

Tell me about it! If anybody in Floyd's entourage as much as cuts a fart, then his ass is in court or on the front page of someone's website. I remember one article in particular, where they quoted Floyd saying something to the tune of, "My homies have guns. If you want me to call them, they'd come over here and take care of you. These are my f**king cars. Don't touch my f**king cars."

Dude doesn't even talk like that, but hey, that shit was published and people ran with it. Anytime Manny's quoted while saying anything, it's suddenly perfect English, and everything's cut and dry...sorry, but I dont buy it.

Sounds like more bullshit to me. The press is turning Manny into some kind of political prisoner or some shit.

"Political prisoner," ha!

It's crazy how much some people hate guys like FM and will go to lengths to just make up not so nice stuff. I don't hate the Saint, I just enjoy pointing out the ridiculous double standard that's in full effect when it comes to how he's portrayed.
