As you've probably seen on the front page of FH, HBO's showing what should be an interesting interview with Floyd Mayweather.

Not only is the subject of the interview a boxer that has proven that he completely understands the sport that we all love, but also a very high profile person who seems to have matured recently. I would expect that this interview will give us more insight into the mind of who I consider to be the best in the sport.

What makes this even more interesting is that Dr. Michael Eric Dyson is not only an intelligent guy (although he has said a couple of things that I disagree with), but he's shown me that he can get to the heart of the matter.

HBO tonight at 10.30pm ET/PT.

I hope it is a quality interview, Floyd has a history of cutting journalists off unless they are willing to allow floyd to determine the questions asked and how hard they press when not pleased with an answer. Im just used to seeing those with access, basically say Floyd may i carry your luggage while we build a article that is written the way you want it done.


Its a shame what Journalists have become, not all but many. Even if you dont like him you have to respect guys like Skip Bayless. Even if he likes you, he will call you out.

Fair enough. I've seen my fair share of interviewers/talking heads and Skip Bayless, for me, falls into the empty talking heads category.

This interview will also be recorded this evening due to the MMA card and the Showtime card. Im actually ready to see this, just seeing the preview and knowing that they will be in Floyd's gym and Dyson watching Floyd shadowbox, gives me a notion that it will be interesting.

At first , I thought it would be one of those, "Floyd, you make black people look bad" interviews, but again, the preview gave me somewhat solid idea of how the interview will go.

Thanks for opening this topic bro. Glad we dont have that illiterate busy-body (guess who) running around messing things up for everybody, and throwing out false info. I'll catch the recording before the end of the evening.

Interview was awful and the fact the Dyson quoted Jay Z I was further disgusted! Well that was a wasted opportunity oh well.
