I think it was just irresponsibility, which is why I said amir would look better if he just stfu about it. Him being up in arms about something that his own coach says was a non issue only makes him looks like an excuse maker. It's obvious that Khan just wants to take the easiest path to a big fight. It's almost like he's trying to hard to shove it down our throats that he is this "great" fighter that deserves big fights. He wants to fight these guys (no doubt), but when he almost blows the fight (Maidana), gets his ass floored (Prescott), or looks less than stellar against a guy with skills (Peterson)...then he wants no parts of them and damn near petitions to GBP and the public to keep these guys away from him, so he can move forward. Like you said, if he learns to STFU sometimes, or even wait to start whining about stuff, then he'd be okay. Wouldn't it be cool if he waited to speak about the Peterson incident AFTER he fought his next fight in June or July? It would show the public that he can stay composed, but no, he insists on making a big deal about it. The way Peterson fought Khan, is the way he fights EVERYONE...Khan just looked like an amateur. Truthfully, Lamont looked tired in certain spots of that fight, so for Khan to go off crying about "Now we know how Peterson survived his punches" and blowing the 2 first round knockdowns, is just bogus. Im glad Ariza has somewhat stayed out of it, or kept his opinion to a minimum... |

@ACE_Boxing: do you think the use of PED's had anything to do with LP's performance in their 1st fight? Ariza:No, dose was way to low (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) |

Found this incredibly interesting and if it goes public, it should help Floyd's cause. I never heard of this 45/45 split before Arum mentioned it either.
@thisisnotmark- Do you think being against Bob Arum helps the situation any? Tell Oscar/Schaefer accept the 45/45 split, 10 goes to winner. Alex Ariza- I guarantee that's the first time they've ever heard about a 45/45 10... |

Hell hath no fury like a Bobfather scorned....apparently Ariza's no longer the strength and conditioning coach for Julio Caesar "eight ball" Chavez Jr. It might be a one off thing because of time constraints, but the timing's a bit too coincidental after Ariza's attempt to burn down the massa's house... Here's a link to the article from Ringtv.com

I wanna stop by for a pic is that's cool Alex Ariza: In Vegas w Chavez til tomorrow |
