..that Floyd is scheduled to turn himself in to serve the remainder of his 90-day sentence. I'm wondering two things:

1. I wonder how dude is gonna handle himself in there?

2. What do you think will be his next move, boxing-wise?

I've been saying for years they should treat child support like they treat taxes. You should have to show receipts for the things my money bought. There are a lot of men who make it look bad for the rest of the stand up dads out there but still. It's out of hand. I used to live with my cousin. He's the perfect example of the ridiculousness of child support.

#1 He served out country for over 15 years. He met his baby momz in the military when they were overseas. She got pregnant while they were deployed. She got to come back and then got out of the service. He didn't. When she had the little boy, she disappeared. When he came back, she told him she moved to Cali and he couldn't get in touch with her. He lives in VA. Little did he know,"the spanish lady who had the cute little kid" was actually his own kid benig babysat in his own apt complex. He didn't see his son for almost 10 years. The only evidence he had of him having a son was the child support coming out of his check. One day out of the blue, she contacts him asking him to give up custody to her new fiance' so her son could be put on his medical coverage. My cousin was hesitant to do it to say the least. The "fiance'" got orders to serve overseas. She didn't want to go so he dumped her ass. Then here she comes running back and going to court trying to get even more money then she had originally. My cousin finally goes to court but in the process, he demands to finally be a part of his sons life. He finally got to see his sone when he was about 10. When he does finally get to play a role in his son's life, she does all type of shady shit. She quits jobs for no reason. She allows his son to quit extra curricular activities that he pays for after the 1st day. They begged my cousin to pay for boxing lessons. He got hit one time in the fact and quit. Same with football, basketball and soccer. He sends money for sneakers and clothes but everytime he sees his son he has on some bummy clothes. He had to start buying the stuff himself and sending it. He asked her to send his son down to stay with him for the summer. She said no but he can come with her for a weekend. Furthermore, when they agreed to the weekend, she said he had to put 4 brand new tires on her car or they weren't coming because it "wasn't safe".

#2 His baby momz is actually a better chick than his current wife. I'm in the process of trying to gather as much free legal help for him over his slut of a spouse. He met her also in the military. The knew each other for a while but only dated for a few months. When I moved out, she moved in. The got engaged shortly after. She had a kid (about 4). He treated her daugher like his own. He got deployed to Korea shortly after them getting married. She decides she's going to get out of the military without any type of plan. She then decides she's going to go to school despite having a child and no job now. She had awful credit so he took out 2 loans for her to go back to school. He comes back after being deployed 6 months to her having an attitude and complaining about their sex life. However, she was sleeping on the couch from the day he got back and when she did sleep in the bed, she was hooked up to this sleep apnea machine that made her sound like Darth Vader.He gets deployed against his will yet again within about a few weeks for another 6 months. He's grinding over there, working crazy hours. He skyped her every chance he could get. He's sending her money to pay all the bills. He's sending her money to help with her daughter. He comes home form his second deployment to find out she's moving to her hometown of Pittsburgh "to go to school there". She drives his Lexus up there because her car broke down because he didn't take care of it like he told her to. While talking to her daughter as if she's his own baby girl, the little girl blurts out that his wife is pregnant. There was no way she could be pregnant by him because you can't get pregnant through skype (I'm not sure because I've never used it but I'm pretty sure you can't). So she tells him "Yea I'm pregnant but it's not like." He asks "WTF you mean it's not like that?" She says "I mean it's not like me and the guy are in a relationship of anything." Like that makes it OK. Furthermore, he finds out the entire time he was deployed, she hadn't been using the money to pay the bills after all. She'd been spending it and he had to come home past due on multiple utilities and other bills.While he was gone, she was gossiping to his boys about their sex life. She also is saying, even though she's clearly left his life, that she doesn't want a divorce. In fact, the only reason she doesn't want a divorce is because her daughter is on his medical coverage. He wants to get a lawyer and sue but he's so far in the hole financially because of her (between the unpaid bills and student loans) that he can't afford one. I've been trying to find some free legal advice but I haven't been able to get any.
