No disrespect for Bradley now, but his reputation may be ruin due to this controversial decision. No one will buy a fight that Bradley is in. He should have handed the belt back to Pacquiao. That would have made him get respect and fans. All the punches he though (90 percent of them) were blocked by Pacquiao. You can watch this fight 100 times with or without the volume up, and Manny wins about 8 of the 12 rounds., Bradley has no career. I feel bad for him. All this work to get to this point to believe a delusion that he won. Here is a list of over 50 professional boxing people that watched it and what they scored it.

Was HBO biased? Yes.
Still doesnt change the fact that Manny was the aggressor, landed more punches than Bradley, landed the more effective shots, and was robbed. Bradley did NOTHING to deserve the win, unless of course you score high for moving back, ducking and dodging punches. |

Did you even watch the video? The point is most of Pacquiao's shit wasn't landing, and commentators and compubox were counting them, while ignoring most of the shit Bradley landed. The judges saw it better than what most people were foolish to believe. Thinking Pacquiao destroyed the kid, no such thing happened. Also, you're supposed to score defense, or did you forget? Clean punching, ring generalship, effective aggressiveness, and defense. People act like aggression is the only thing that matters. |

Clean punching, ring generalship, effective aggressiveness, and defense. People act like aggression is the only thing that matters. I doubt that many people see aggression as the only thing that matters. Most people here are die hard fans of the sport and understand how fights are scored. Though some categories are weighted different depending on the judge, we all pretty much know what the categories are. My point is that Manny simply landed more shots despite what compubox or the commentators said. He also landed the more clean and effective punches. Bradley was rocked solid a few times. He also constantly brought the fight to Bradley, which I initially thought bradley did until I watched the fight a second time. No matter what defense Bradley had in regard to ducking and dodging, I don't see how this could win him rounds, especially when his counter shots were not effective after Manny missed. In fact, most of that video shows Bradley NOT even throwing counter shots. I had the luxury of watching the fight in a bar with very low to no sound, yet the whole bar was still like WTF after the decision. That rings of "booo" and "bullshit" filled the bar. Was the fight a blow out? No. Was the a clear victor, yes, and it wasnt Bradley. That of course in my opinion. |
