I have DirecTV, and at the moment, it's still saying that it's going to be on PPV for $40. I have to check my DVR and see last week's fight, and check for the announcement for this fight...cant remember if they announced it, unless it's a last-minute change.
I enjoy watching WV2 fight, dude always sticks in their til the end. I totally had no idea that Calderon was giving it one more go. Lol. Hope he looks decent tonight, but the lack of competition/opponents in that division, hurt him the most, along with his two consecutive losses. At least the action tonight, will hold me over til next weekend's doubleheader! |

Any word on whether or not this fight will be on HBO or PPV? Im still seeing it as PPV, and HBO has nothing boxing-related coming up this evening.

When I checked last, (TWC here) it said it as a PPV. $40 is really high for something like this. Would have been a good HBO card though. HBO probably did not want it, so it got distributed to PPV. Man, I felt bad for Calderon. He was beating Fuentes wayyyy too easy. That height and weight advantage was huge.
