QUOTE (daprofessor @ Jul 2 2013, 08:41 PM) *
i think u need to pay closer attention to what he does defensively. this guy doesn't get the credit he deserves because he is so subtle with his defense. it reminds me of chavez...who is another guy that had underrated defense.

And how's that under rated defense work for him last time out...don't worry I'll wait (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

GGG is a good fighter and I guess your seeing things I don't but even if he does have this subtle defense you speak of, that still doesnt make him sound. I see a lot of holes in him that good fighters can exploit. His power can be used against him and I do not believe he finishes his career undefeated. I think he'll take a few L's in fact

Like I said, I don't jump in the KO bandwagon. He has more to prove

My bad, I thought you wad talking about the guy who likes to train after bbq's lol

GGG will make his mark on this sport, I see good things in his future. I want to see how he reacts to adversity, I think he's a special talent

Martinez says he will toy with Gennady for 12rds, IDK bout all that, he may win but it wouldn't be easy for him

Agreed. That's the confidence in himself, but I'm sure the result of the fight would dial that tone down to respect, win or lose.

He better tone it down before he step in the ring with that guy. For martinez to win he's going to have to dig deep and may actually have to punch with Gennady, that could be very painful for him if he's full of false security going into the fight

Well ggg wants to fight Murray before the year ends, so I wouldn't look past him cause this should be a good scrap.
