What odds are you guys seeing locally on this fight? My guys had it at 13-1 Mayweather a month ago and now it's 3-1 Mayweather. I was on BoxingScene and some folks have commented they feel the air ripe for a fix...so just curious about both situations from folks here.

Odds always do that when time of any event is coming up. People are human, all they do is second guess themselves and some people are easier to convince than others.

Doubt this looks like chico vs Floyd. Floyd is nowhere neat as quick as he was back then (scary I know).

Now wouldn't that be some shit! Imagine if Floyd tested positive for PEDs, that would be funny and tragic all in one. Skip Bayless and Dan Raefel would have a field day! And I can see May stuttering trying to explain himself/ ah shit!

Notice who is doing the majority of the talking. That drag queen Oscar (who really needs to shut the fuck up) and Canelo. Mayweather has been awful quiet. He hasn't said shit. Just really mum. Canelo maybe writing a check that his red headed ass can't cash.

Newbie, I never asked you what your take on the fight. How do you see it playing out? I'm glad you joined this board.

That would be an uuuuugly site to see, and him ever being caught on anything, but tremendously outweigh Manny being put to sleep. In fact, it may just wipe away all of Manny's recent lackluster performances, and he'd probably be forgiven for them.

I just see Floyd being the smaller man (of course) and pot shotting Canelo, until it's painfully obvious that he (Canelo) is thinking too much. If Canelo's stamina hasn't improved, then more than likely wear down from thinking too much, playing the feint game, and missing shots early.

The funny thing is, I like Canelo's chances. He has that quick little head movement, he's able to work his jab pretty good, and those "gotcha" punches that he fakes his opponents out with, can be his biggest asset if he plays it right.

This is the biggest fight left for Floyd, until his contract is up, or whenever he decides to walk away. With that in mind, he may just go toe to toe and go all out, but who knows.

The fight will probably more like whitaker/oscar or oscar/mayweather

I didn't look at it like that. Hmmm...

I agree, this fight will resemble Mayweather/De La Hoya more than anything.

Then the nod will go to Canelo.
