So me and my dad were talking boxing the other day. We began talking about Floyd and where he stands historically in the sport. The conversation turned to Roy Jones Jr and his career. My dad then said "Roy Jones had one of the most embarassing KO losses in history when he lost to Tarver." His reasoning was because of Tarver's comments right before they touched gloves. "You got any excuses tonight Roy?" We then began discussing embarrassing losses in Boxing. I thought it was a fun discussion and I wanted to bring it here to get you guys' thoughts. Who had the most embarrassing KO loss in your opinion? Most people say Zab when he did the James Brown shuffle in his loss to Kostya Tszyu. I'm going to go with another one. I'm going to say Simon Brown when he got KO'd by Vincent Pettway and was still punching on the ground lmaooo.

Here's a reminder of the Simon Brown vs Vincent Pettway fight"

Here's Simon talking to his corner afterwards

Probably not the most embarrassing but when Floyd KOed Ortiz that had to be some embarrassing shit. I'd have to go with JMM KOing Pacquiao.

Rahman vs Lewis in the rematch after the Rock talked all that smack about "It's my belt and I'm keeping it" and then at nearly the end of the 4th round, smack-smack thunder and lightning struck with probably the best two piece combo ever thrown that had him on his back and then on his face.

Thats the one. I was SHOCKED that night.

Straight up first time I had ever been shocked by a fight result was that one.

Not me, I heard about the failure of his training camp, he was telling his Trainers what to do instead of the other way around, he was drinking liquor, partying all night plus he had the Givens issue hanging over his head to boot and not to mention his issues with DK and money owed.

Not trained properly and all that other stuff adds up to disaster of which we saw, I was not surprised in the least and betted against Mike in that fight.

Shit, I was like 10 years old. I was just watching, cheering on Mike and then BOOM!

My hero was downed....it was worse than when Hagler lost for me.
