Yea pretty much. He also broke the fighters uncharacteristically early when Cotto was on the ropes.

all in all hes a fighters/peoplesref...some suspect touchy moves here n there but as far as suspect counts go alot of refs are in the frying pan on that subject. alot of those fight became classics that he ref'd!

over rated no.....best days gone ...possibly.
