Montiel, who's been here since the beginning, has announced that he will retire after his next 2 fights.

His next fight is againse Ricardo Reyes, a good opponent, but an opponent who should be no match for Montiel

After this fight will be the final fight.......Montiel hopes to get Gamboa in a rematch at 122 or fight his rival Here We Go.

If not he hopes to get the Pikey at 115.

SJ Promotions have been producing new talents....

Juan Miguel Cotto (8-0-0)
Carlos Quintana (7-0-0)
Floyd Mayweather Jr. (10-1-0)
Raiden (5-0-0)
Solid Snake (5-0-0)
Darth Maul (1-0-0)
Terry Norris (7-2-2)
JoJo (5-0-0)

Montiel will serve as the main head trainer.

Gorres and now Montiel have both called out The Pikey recently. It can never happen. The Pikey will remain at strawweight for the rest of his career.

BTW....he needs a fight.
BigG
The Pikey has absolutely nothing left to do at Straweight.

Montiel-Pikey at 115!

If The Pikey boxed Montiel he would be about 5 pounds under the limit. Can't be done. The Pikey will fight anyone at strawweight.....its not his fault that he hasn't got many top contenders left to beat.
