Full Version: A GOOD QUESTION

I THINK THE ANSWER TO THIS ONE DEPENDS ON WHO HE DECIDES TO FIGHT FOR HIS LAST COUPLE FIGHTS, BUT POSED AT THE MOMENT-YES!! HERES WHY- ON HIS WAY UP THE LADDER FLOYD HAS BEEN VERY CAREFUL ON WHO HE SELECTS TO FIGHT. TO BE CONSIDERED GREAT YOU HAVE TO FIGHT ALL COMERS! THAT IS WHAT MADE DLH,ALI,HAGLER,HEARNS, AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT THE FANS WANT TO SEE AND THATS THE BEST FIGHT THE BEST! SOMEONE ONCE SAID "YOU CAN'T FIGHT EVERYBODY" AND THAT MIGHT BE TRUE BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE TO FIGHT THE BEST! MAYWEATHER IN RECENT YEARS HASNT DONE THAT! HE BEAT GATTI-BUT WHO DIDNT! HE BEAT DLH-WHO IS ONB THE BACK-END OF HIS CAREER AND ALMOST WON THE FIGHT ANYWAY! HE BEATS HATTON-WHO WAS OVER-RATED IN HIS OWN RIGHT AND DIDNT BELONG IN THE SAME RING! AND HE HAS DUCKED FIGHTS WITH MARGARITO FOR 8 MILLION, A FIGHT WITH MOSLEY, AND REFUSES TO EVEN TALK ABOUT COTTO! MARGARITO I THINK HE WOULD BEAT EASY, BUT HE WOULD HAVE A VERY HARD TIME WITH MOSLEY, AND PROBABLY LOSE TO COTTO. IM NOT SAYING FLOYD DOESNT DESERVE CREDIT CAUSE HE DOES! HE IS A GOOD FIGHTER! BUT GOOD IS ABOUT IT. UNTIL HE PROVES HE CAN BEAT THE BEST AND NOT JUST HAND-PICK EASY OPPONENTS--YES! HE IS OVER-RATED!
